3. Print-on-Demand Production

All products are produced individually once an order is placed. Because items are custom-made to order:

• Production times may vary depending on demand and fulfilment location;

• Minor variations in print placement, colour, and garment sizing may occur;

• Orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

This made-to-order model helps reduce waste and excess inventory as part of our sustainability approach.

4. Product Information and Sizing

We aim to display all products, descriptions, colours, and sizing information as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes;

• Measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances; and

• Product mockups are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final printed item.

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing guides before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing or product details, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and may vary depending on:

• The size and weight of the order; and

• The fulfilment location used for production.

We reserve the right to update prices, shipping charges, or product information at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods offered on our Shopify store.

As products are printed to order, estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

We welcome international customers. Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to:

• Customs fees;

Because all items are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

• Clear photographs where applicable.

Our products are made individually on demand rather than in bulk. This approach helps reduce textile waste and excess inventory, but it also means fulfilment may take slightly longer than traditional retail shipping.
